Opportunity Description
National Children’s Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is one of the region’s largest non-governmental providers of services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Summary: At NCC, the LPN works under the supervision of a RN and is primarily responsible for safe, accurate medication administration and documentation within the Community Support Services Program. This detail-oriented and empathetic professional must demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ensure precise transcribing of physician orders, maintain thorough and compliant documentation, and support effective medication management and administrative processes.
Schedule & Location: Monday-Friday flexible work hours (9am-5pm and 12pm-8pm). Work 1 weekend per month. The LPN maintains an office in downtown Silver Spring, MD and travels to locations across Washington, DC, Prince George’s and Montgomery County.
