- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to supervising medical staff
- Perform wound care, catheter maintenance, and other clinical procedures
- Document patient information accurately using the facility's EMR system
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulations
