Join the Cleveland Clinic team, where you will work alongside passionate caregivers and provide patient-first healthcare.
The caregiver in this role will serve patients on the South team, covering Medina and Wayne counties. These cities include but are not limited too:
+ Wooster, Medina, Wadsworth, Brunswick, Valley City, Lodi, Orrville and Rittman
Cleveland Clinic Homecare provides skilled nursing, social services and physical, occupational and speech therapy for patients returning home after a hospital stay, outpatient procedure or doctor's visit. This team continues Cleveland Clinic treatment at home and helps patients learn or re-learn any skills necessary to stay safe and independent at home.
As a Licensed Practice Nurse, you will visit and provide care to approximately 6 patients each day in the comfort of their own homes.
