Looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in an outpatient clinic provides direct patient care under the supervision of physicians and Registered Nurses (RNs) in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. The LPN is responsible for preparing patients for examinations, obtaining and documenting vital signs, collecting medical histories, administering medications and immunizations, performing phlebotomy and specimen collection, assisting with minor procedures, and providing patient education.

Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR), managing prescription refill requests, and ensuring exam rooms are stocked, clean, and compliant with infection prevention and safety standards.
