**Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job Opening Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:**

· An active, current LPN license in applicable state or reciprocation

· 1+ years’ full-time LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing facility

· BLS through American Heart Association or equivalent
