Alliance Services, Inc. is currently seeking LPN, LTC positions in Sheboygan, WI. The ideal candidate will posses a current WI license.
Estimated Hourly Pay: $ 35.00
Requirements
- Current Resume
- Nursing License per state
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- 2 Current Clinical References (Supervisor x2 within 12 months)
- Physicial (within 12 months)
- TB Skin Test (within 12 months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
- Current Tdap/Flu Vaccinations
- Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
- COVID Card - Current (In most cases)
