ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

• Provide nursing care and treatment to individuals as prescribed by licensed providers and as directed by the supervising RN. This may include mealtime assistance, and personal care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders, OPWDD guidelines, and agency policy.
• Observe, record, and report changes in individuals' physical or mental health status to the RN or provider promptly.
• Assist in the implementation of each individual's Plan of Nursing Services (PONS) and contribute to updates through observation and documentation.
