JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (Adhere to scope of practice for Licensed Practical Nursing per New York State regulatory guidelines.)
+ Adhere to agency policy and procedures.
+ Maintains confidentiality of all agency related and client information.
+ Attends and participates in staff meetings, in-services, Quality Improvement activities and other meetings as requested.
+ Assumes duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor or designee.
+ Provides direct client care according to the therapeutic plan under the direct supervision of the Nursing Field Supervisor/Director of Patient Services.
+ Provides appropriate information to assist the RN in the preparation and maintenance of an effective plan of care.
+ Reinforces instruction given to the client/family by the RN or physician.
+ May administer prescribed medications to clients under specific...
