LPN - Outpatient Behavioral Health

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Baystate Health Behavioral Health LPN's provide patient-centered clinical care under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor, Physician, or Advanced Practice Provider in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include preparing patients and exam rooms, performing patient intake and documentation in the electronic medical record, obtaining vital signs, administering immunizations and non-IV medications per protocol, and performing approved clinical procedures and point-of-care testing.
