Description and Requirements

You will:

  • Lead the full bid lifecycle, ensuring submissions are timely, compliant, and compelling with winning strategy.
  • Work with TSG and GTM to analyze customer requirements, define bid strategy and translate them into clear bid plans.
  • Facilitate bid/no-bid decisions and drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Own the proposal timeline and coordinate inputs from cross-functional SMEs.
  • Develop and refine proposal content in accordance with tender requirement and winning strategy.
  • Collaborate with Finance, RIM and Legal on pricing and compliance.
  • You bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above .
  • 2–7 years of experience in bid management or proposal writing.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience with large-scale RFPs.
