[LTA-HR] ASSISTANT / DEPUTY MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCE (WORKFORCE PLANNING)

The Human Resource (HR) Group supports LTA's purpose of delivering a people‑centric land transport system and delivers future‑ready solutions based on organisational needs. We are looking for a suitable candidate to support HR planning and digitalisation activities.

• Partner with business units to forecast workforce requirements in alignment with organisational priorities, leveraging workforce analytics and manpower planning models.
• Analyse workforce demand, supply, capacity and capability trends to identify gaps and recommend interventions to address current and future manpower needs.
• Evaluate manpower requirements for new initiatives and growth areas and put up right‑sized manpower proposals, including assessing workforce, budget and downstream organisational implications.
