We are looking for a motivated HR trainee to support LTA’s recruitment transformation efforts, focusing on technology, digitalisation, and process improvement. The role offers hands‑on exposure to HR systems (e.g., Workday), vendor engagement, and the application of emerging technologies (including AI tools) to enhance recruitment outcomes and user experience.

• Research and evaluate emerging HR technologies and AI tools relevant to recruitment processes.
• Analyse trade‑offs (cost, scalability, user experience, data considerations) and propose recommendations for adoption.
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and map recruitment workflows.
• Partner with external stakeholders (e.g., PSD, vendors) to understand product capabilities, articulate organisational needs, and gather technical specifications.
