What the role is

MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, LAND

What you will be working on

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination and management of land acquisition and securing of land for transport infrastructure projects.
• Provide advice and recommendations on land-related matters, including budgeting, cost management and compliance with regulatory policies and development guidelines, escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed.
• Work with government agencies, statutory boards and key stakeholders to resolve land-related matters, negotiate outcomes and advance project objectives.
• Utilize GIS to manage, analyse and visualise spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets.
• Maintain and update land and geospatial databases, maps and related documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical direction and fostering professional development within the team.
