Principal/Senior/ Land Executive, Land – Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of land acquisition and securing of land for transport infrastructure projects. Provide advice on land‑related matters, budgeting and ensure alignment with regulatory policies and development guidelines. Utilize Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) to manage, analyse, and visualise spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets. Maintain and update land and geospatial databases, maps, and related documentation. Liaise with government agencies to resolve land‑related matters.
