1.Technical Support:

a.Appropriate lubrication technical support is extended to internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.

b.Customers’ specific lubrication needs are understood and tailored solutions are offered timely.

2.Customer Training:

a.Training sessions for customers and internal staff on the proper use and application of lubricants are conducted.
