Luxury Italian & Mediterranean Exec Chef — Pre‑Opening Lead

HotelJobs is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary launch of a luxury dining concept in Cape Town. This role requires a culinary leader with a strong background in high-end restaurants, focusing on Italian and Mediterranean cuisines.

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's pre-opening journey, recruit and train the culinary team, and ensure exceptional food quality. A salary package of R80,000 – R90,000 is offered, negotiable based on experience.
