Luxury Levantine Dining Manager & Guest Experience Lead

Kerzner International is looking for a Dining Manager at One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai. The role focuses on providing personalized dining experiences that reflect authentic Levantine hospitality while handling VIP guests and ensuring exceptional service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant environment, with strong leadership skills and excellent communication in Arabic and English.
