- Respond to email inquiries regarding hotel pricing and availability.
- Introduce and explain luxury travel programs, highlighting benefits and exclusive offerings to premium clients.
- Manage the fast‑track upgrade process for Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) Discovery members.
- Update client details in Excel tracking sheets and send personalized sign‑up templates via email to facilitate membership upgrades.
- Support group travel logistics by preparing proposals, verifying and organizing name lists, and coordinating with suppliers or internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Create detailed and professional travel itineraries tailored to high‑value clients.
- Coordinate shopping experiences at luxury retail destinations such as Printemps (France) and Bicester Village (UK).
