Luxury Travel - Team Leader

The Travel Division is a high‑end luxury travel agency that works alongside our sister company Air Charter Service to provide charter customers with exclusive access to luxury hotels, premium cabin flights, and top‑of‑the‑range villas and yachts. We focus on service and strive to make the destination experience as seamless and memorable as the flight onboard our charter aircraft.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in travel sales and client management, combined with proven leadership experience. This is a unique opportunity to build and grow a luxury travel consulting team from the ground up. You will initially operate as a senior individual contributor – driving revenue, managing high‑value clients and delivering exceptional service – while helping shape processes and support the hiring and development of future team members.
