Position Title: LVN (Hospice) Payrate: $30/hr - $35/hr on W2
Location: Newport Beach CA 92660
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday- Friday 3pm - 11:30 pm
Job Summary:
- Under the direction of a registered nurse or physician and under assigned administrative supervision, provides care within the scope of the Vocational Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
- Assists in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Follows patient identification procedures, provides appropriate information for all patient procedures, and collects and handles specimens.
- Assesses and implements prescribed interventions for the patient.
- Implements and documents discharge plan for each patient.
- Recognizes that ethical/legal/medical dilemmas exist in nursing practice and confers with the appropriate resource personnel when making ethical nursing decisions. <...
