* Strong assessment skills with the ability to evaluate patient needs accurately
* Excellent critical thinking and sound decision-making abilities
* Proven experience in home health care
* Hands-on patient care experience
* Ability to work independently with confidence and minimal supervision
Provides nursing care, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician, in accordance with the legal scope of practice and within established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
