M04 - Software Quality Engineer (Test Automation)

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for front-end UI, API, and performance testing. Enhance and extend existing automation frameworks to improve test coverage and reliability. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps Engineers. Establish QA standards, best practices, and automation strategies across the engineering team. Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers to review requirements, identify testability concerns, and define acceptance criteria. Investigate and troubleshoot test failures, distinguishing between application defects and test automation issues. Work closely with engineering teams to resolve defects and improve product quality. Evaluate and leverage GenAI tools to enhance testing processes, including test case generation, test data management, and test result analysis.
