**Job Description**
The Machine Maintenance Technician diagnoses and resolves equipment breakdowns on the manufacturing floor while prioritizing safety, minimizing downtime, and optimizing production efficiency. This role focuses primarily on responding to machine calls and breakdowns, with additional responsibility for performing scheduled and predictive maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on manufacturing equipment as breakdowns occur on the production floor.
+ Respond to machine calls and breakdowns, dedicating approximately 85% of working time to resolving unplanned equipment issues.
+ Perform scheduled and predictive maintenance tasks on a wide range of machines and equipment according to established maintenance schedules.
