**Machine/Mixer Operator | $20-21 HR | 3rd Shift**
**Job Description**
We are seeking dedicated Mixer Operators to join our team on the 3rd shift. With two openings available, the shift runs from Sunday to Thursday, 11 pm to 7:30 am, and candidates must be open to overtime.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and interpret product formulas and batch sheets accurately.
+ Follow written procedures precisely and document all work meticulously.
+ Operate mixing kettles and multiple pieces of production equipment.
+ Use PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) touchscreens for kettle operations.
+ Verify and monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) for food safety.
+ Perform sanitation duties, including operating Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems.
+ Set up product transfer pathways and operate diaphragm pumps.
+ Weigh ingredients and finished products using production scales.
+ Continuously swab and clean cooking equipment as required.
