Machine Operator

**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Hours:** 40/week (6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday – Friday)
**Pay Rate:** $20.50/hour

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing & Production team. The ideal candidate will operate various CNC and specialized equipment, interpret drawings, and conduct visual inspections of sheet metal products. Flexibility and cross-training are essential for this team-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**


+ Read and interpret technical drawings
+ Visually inspect sheet metal products
+ Operate/maintain Press Brake, CNC punch press, Fiber Optic lasers, and Haeger Pem machines
+ Set up, calibrate, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
+ Troubleshoot and resolve machinery/process issues
+ Participate in production/process improvements
+ Follow strict audit and safety guidelines
