Machine Operator

**2nd Shift Machine Operator**

**Shift:** Mon–Thurs 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (+ some Fridays)

**Pay:** Competitive (based on experience)

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Operate lamination machines on a production line
+ Set up materials, load rolls, and help with changeovers
+ Inspect finished fabric for quality issues
+ Use hoists & forklifts (training provided)
+ Enter basic production data into system
+ Work with a small team (3–4 people)

**Requirements:**

+ HS Diploma or GED
+ 2+ years machine operating experience
+ Manufacturing experience (4+ years preferred)
+ Forklift experience (or willing to learn)
+ Comfortable with hand tools & measuring
+ Reliable with strong attendance

**Nice to Have:**

+ Textile, lamination, or converting experience
+ Quality inspection experience
