Machine Operator (Folder/Gluer) - Overnight (7pm - 7am)

PAC is hiring experienced **Machine Operators** to run **ECO Solo Folder/Gluer machines** in a fast-moving, high-energy packaging operation. **The Shift**
Overnights. 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
↪Rotating schedule. 2-2-3
⏰12-hour shifts

**The Pay**
$22.75 per hour+$2.10 per hour overnight differential = $24.85 hr/total
Consistent schedules.

**What You’ll Do**
You’ll own the machine and the results.

+ Run and control the **folder/gluer operation** from setup to shutdown
+ Manage **output, quality, and efficiency**
+ Perform efficient setups and changeovers
+ Read and follow work orders and special instructions
+ Monitor finished goods quality and make real-time adjustments
+ Communicate issue...
