Machine Operator Position, Start immediately | $22.50 to $22.50/ Hour Weekly Pay!
Description:
- Operate production machinery, including mixers and the front end of tortilla production lines, in a safe and efficient manner
- Start up equipment at the start of each shift and verify proper operation; promptly report any issues to maintenance or leadership
- Replace mesh and Teflon belts safely and correctly to maintain continuous production flow
- Adjust machine settings to meet required product specifications, including size, weight, and overall quality
- Verify recipes, seasonings, weights, and system settings during changeovers using the ERP system (Plex)
- Accurately complete all production documentation and ensure data is properly recorded in system applications
