Machine Setter

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mould changing, machine setting, and start-up activities.
• Set process parameters and optimize machine performance.
• Troubleshoot moulding defects and machine-related issues.
• Ensure product quality as per specifications.
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
• Minimize cycle time, material wastage, and production downtime.
• Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience as a Mould Machine Setter in an injection moulding manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in mould changing, machine setup, and process troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of injection moulding machines and mould maintenance.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• ITI/Diploma qualification.
