Team Overview
Imaging Services – Consumer Operations Support is a compliance-focused team responsible for the digitization of written consumer correspondence received by TransUnion. The team manages a high volume of inbound consumer mail, supporting requests such as credit report disputes, credit report copies, and credit freezes. This is achieved through the accurate receipt, preparation, categorization, and scanning of documents into the appropriate processing workflows.This role reports directly to the Senior Lead of the Consumer Operations Support division. This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
