Opportunity Description
**Senior On-Site Service Specialist**
POSITION PROFILE
Provides support on the customer site which includes picking up and sorting, mail, receiving and delivering packages, answering phones and emails. Also requires the ability to drive a small box truck to perform off-site deliveries 2x per week, as needed. This position rotates through 2 sites located in Farmington and Windsor Locks, CT.
This position reports directly to the Senior Site Manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Pick up the mail from local USPS location
· Perform rough and final sort of all collected mail by customer name or location
· Receive deliveries from Fedex, UPS, Amazon, etc.
· Scan all packages into the tracking system
· Deliver all mail and packages as needed and directed
· Answer all customer calls and emails
· Process all outgoing mail and Fedex shipments as needed<...
