Job Description:
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor , TSO, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities.
- Analyze intricate mainframe programs, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance.
- Production Support: Maintain systems in the mainframe environment.
- Handle production incidents promptly and effectively.
- Agile Collaboration: Work closely with product owners to align with the product roadmap.
- Facilitate agile events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Metrics and Transparency: Maintain performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) for transparency.
- Coordinate efforts across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
