+ Provide CA Top Secret administration and security support for mainframe environments
+ Process and manage access requests including adds, changes, and removals
+ Troubleshoot access and authentication issues to ensure seamless operations
+ Support Natural / COBOL applications through incident resolution, maintenance, and minor enhancements
