About the Role:

Laminex Taupō is seeking Maintainer Operators to join our manufacturing team. This hands‑on role involves operating, setting up, and maintaining plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. You’ll play a key role in our safety‑focused environment, taking on responsibilities such as setting machine parameters, monitoring performance, making real‑time adjustments, and supporting quality checks, troubleshooting, and forklift operations to keep production running smoothly.
