Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fulfil a dual role in Maintenance Administration and Junior Health & Safety. This position plays a key role in supporting production efficiency, compliance, and workplace safety within a dynamic dairy manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES Maintenance Administration Report directly to Operational Manager. Maintain maintenance records. Assist with critical spares stock control and inventory administration. Prepare and manage documentation for production and maintenance departments. Monitor vehicle licensing and service dates. Implement and improve administrative records, job card systems, inspection recordings to enhance preventative maintenance efficiency.
