Maintenance Area Manager - Night Shift

JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of maintenance and maintenance teams for multiple communities. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor should expect to travel frequently between communities to ensure the success, effectiveness, and safety of all maintenance departments within the region.
JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:
Perform quarterly property audits on all properties within region. Copy Regional Manager and Property on report and findings. Establish follow up dates and schedules to ensure compliance.
Improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of all maintenance departments within the region.
Improve bench strength for all maintenance positions through excellent leadership, training, inspections, and mentoring.
Participate in renovation coordination between the operations team, Owner, and Contractor as required.
