Opportunity Description
Equans is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
Undertake improvement work, maintenance and repairs of plant, services and physical assets including testing and routine fault finding
PPM Checks to include, tank visual inspections, calorifier visual inspections, temperature checks, shower head, TMV servicing, chemical dosing, and descaling of outlets
Interpret and work from all instructions, drawings and specifications appropriate to his/her own trade, without supervision
Carry out unsupervised maintenance report any defects or unusual circumstances to the Supervisor/AEM
