POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for two Maintenance Attendants to join our maintenance team.

Schedule: Permanent, part-time position, night shifts, Saturdays and Sundays.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All other related tasks
• Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
• Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required...
