Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance for Shelters with onsite supervision by the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Custodian gets assigned to complete building maintenance projects at all family shelters. The Maintenance Custodian must have demonstrated technical ability in painting, carpentry electrical and plumbing with some knowledge of the mechanical systems operating within the facility. The Maintenance Custodian moves through each family shelter ensuring all special project needs are completed.
