Maintenance Department Leader

Shift: Dayshift with primary hours being Mon-Thurs 6:30am - 5pm

Job Summary:

Perform daily functions and repairs to equipment to ensure they are operational and can produce first quality products. Daily scheduling of reporting associates to ensure that all equipment maintenance needs are met. As well as complete assigned projects on time and on budget.

Knowledge, Skills, & Experience:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• Must be capable of running a shift and representing the company in a professional manner
• Identify and solve problems in the area
• Use, read and comprehend a tape measure down to 1/32” is required
• Use, read and comprehend a set of micrometers and dial calipers for measurement tools
• Practical use of hand tools and power tools is required
