Maintenance Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Maintenance Director Leads and directs all aspects of the facility maintenance department. This includes, but is not limited to,

• Develops maintenance plans / Safety Compliance:
  • Establishing robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Scheduling all maintenance activities.
  • Leading / Coordinating / Performing equipment repairs.
  • Overseeing outside contractors.
  • Maintains records: Maintains records of repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections.
• Supervise Maintenance Staff:
  • Hires and trains new employees.
  • Schedule work crews.
  • Assign roles /responsibilities for staff.
• Key leader of Maintenance / Safety Compliance: Works closely with other internal and external personnel / Collaborates with other internal / external stakeholders.
