POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Director leads the maintenance team inensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and theirfamilies while they are in our care. This position plays a key role in theoverall presentation of our center.
DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the overall safety, appearance andmaintenance of the facility in accordance with all applicable Federal, Stateand Local requirements at all times Supervises/Monitors work of department supervisors/personnel Establishes an effective preventativemaintenance program and a priority system for unscheduled maintenance Ensure that safety committee meetings are heldregularly, with complete and accurate documentation QUALIFICATIONS &REQUIREMENTS:
