Opportunity Description
Position: Resident Maintenance Electrician
Location: Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire
Type: Permanent
Salary: £38,394
Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm plus on‑call rota (TBC).
Duties
- Complete PPM and reactive maintenance to electrical systems.
- Manage lighting and emergency lighting.
- Maintain AHU/fan coil.
- Perform fabric duties.
- Conduct checks and compliance duties.
- Small works installation.
- Emergency repairs.
- All ad‑hoc maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2).
- 18th edition.
- Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
- AM2 or 2391.
- Excellent client facing skills.
