Our client Vivo Pakistan is looking for a Maintenance Engineer Intern in Bahawalpur The Maintenance Engineer handles the repair and maintenance of mobile phones sent by customers and distributors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. The role includes performing root cause analysis and diagnostics to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Additionally, the engineer supports management by assisting in tasks that improve overall service quality and operational effectiveness.
They also temporarily cover for service consultants when needed to maintain uninterrupted service excellence. This position demands a proactive approach in feedback reporting, technical problem resolution, and maintaining thorough documentation to contribute to continuous improvement at Vivo Pakistan.
