£56,000 per year including shift allowance + overtime opportunities.

4 on 4 off, 12‑hour shifts (days one week, nights the next).

About the Role

We are looking for a multi-skilled Shift Engineer to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you will maintain, improve, and troubleshoot site equipment while driving safety, reliability, and efficiency. You will work proactively and reactively, prioritising breakdowns in line with business needs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. An electrical bias is desirable, alongside mechanical and general engineering skills.
