**Facility maintenance Engineer applies engineering principles and techniques to optimize the facility in a manufacturing environment to meet organizational objectives.Role includes ensuring proper installations, renovations and maintenance of facilities to minimize production delay.
**II.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**1.
Assign and manage activities of the Facility Maintenance group.2.
Assign and manage technician's daily work.3.
Ensure appropriate and timely maintenance for transformers, air compressors, air conditioners, water plants.4.
Ensure appropriate pressurized air and electrical supply to requiring equipment, existing or new.5.
Ensure safety and timeliness by executing layout modifications.6.
Ensure appropriateness of existing electrical and air installations7.
Electrical energy saving program follow-up.8.
Ensure an appropriate level of inventory for internal supplies.9.
