Job Summary:
The Entry level Maintenance Apprentice primary responsibility is assisting in the repair of equipment and ensuring Planned Maintenance (PM) procedures are completed. The technician will also support the documentation of PM procedures.
Summary of Essential Functions:
+ Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC/Router equipment and controls
+ Troubleshoot electronics, software, electrical and mechanical systems
+ Replace, repair and/or calibrate mechanical systems as needed
+ Work alongside other technicians for repairs to ensure safety and quality
+ Use machine tool manuals technical documents and vendor resources to research and diagnose mechanical/electrical problems
+ Complete testing and benchmarks for machines
+ Complete and document PM on CNC/Router machines
+ Acting as the initial escalation point for related work items
+ Train, mentor and coach new and current emp...
