Job Title: Maintenance Handyman / Gardener
Salary: £14.34 per hour
Reporting To: Maintenance Manager

The successful candidate will have strong inter-personal skills, a can‑do attitude and be confident in dealing with a wide variety of jobs.
If you enjoy property maintenance and have a willingness to work as a team with the aim of helping to grow an expanding organisation, then this is an ideal role for you.
Job Responsibilities
Undertaking general decorating, tiling, basic electrics (wiring sockets etc), basic plumbing (tap changes etc), basic carpentry (hanging doors, fitting locks / fixing bath panels), landscaping, fencing and property/garden clearance work and general bathroom and kitchen installation.
