**Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm| Start Rate: $21.23|**
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** Responsible for the construction and general labor which may include Carpentry, HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Plumbing, and other construction needs as assigned. You will report to the Maintenance Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will complete work orders in the repair, and improvement of facilities.
2. Perform general carpentry work; frame walls, hang drywall, hang suspended ceilings, build shelves, lay carpet, paint.
3. Perform locksmith tasks; repair locks, door handles, and door closures, and install new door equipment.
4. Respond to all building safety concerns related to construction.
5. You will guarantee tools and equipment are maintained and repaired.
6. Maintain the cleanliness of facilities inside and outside during the construction process; sweep, pick up trash, and wash daily.
