Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-quality training materials and syllabi for regulatory and technical topics (EASA).
• Deliver training sessions — theoretical, technical, or practical.
• Plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives.
• Manage training records and certification documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of training processes, templates, and standardized documentation.
• Support the setup of instructor competence records and training documentation.
• Act as an SME during internal audits.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of EASA Part‑66, 145, 147.
• Proven experience in technical training delivery (Part‑147, Part‑145).
• Experience as practical assessor / competence evaluator.
• Experience in QA, audits, compliance, and training documentation.
